Renovation of Old Community Center

We have recently completed the renovations to the old Community Center.  The center had fallen into disrepair after years of neglect and basically abandonment by previous Boards of Directors (BOD).  Our current BOD found a way to put money aside to complete the $1.6 million in renovations without any change in community services, special assesments, or raising dues.  We broke ground on the reconstruction in May of 2006 and held our first event in the newly remodeled center in July 2008.  The Board believes that the benefits of renovating the original community center are:

• Enhances the community.
• Increases property values.
• Offers additional rental space for residents and their guests.
• Gives additional facilities for community activities such as.
  • Movie nights.
  • Dances.
  • Concerts.
  • Holiday Parties.
  • Meetings.
  • Classes.
  • Other CAC initiated activities.
