Reporting a bug or change request properly is as important as finding the problem in the first place. Feedback such as feature X does not work does not help us find the problem! What we would like you to do (in the case of bugs) is first go back and see if you can re-create it. What is needed a step-by-step, click-by-click walkthrough of how to recreate the bug. Include URLs and any other descriptive information you can provide. If we can't recreate the problem, we cannot fix it. Your job is to provide the information needed to recreate it. It's hard to understate how important it is for you to be as complete & detailed as possible.
In the case of feature requests or comments on how to improve the look/feel/flow of the site, again, be as detailed as possible, preferably using URLs and as much description as you can provide.
